I like that it is easy to use, and you can customize the donation pages to fit your needs. It is easy for donors to give online. You can also easily track donations by giving date/time. I think it could be helpful if there was more customization options for the page layout (e.g., adding a picture of the person who will receive the gift). Also, sometimes when donating it takes too long to go through the process. It would be nice if you could donate without logging into the website. Just go straight to the giving portal. It is very simple to use, and it has helped my church raise money for our missions.
