So I used this mop twice at work and am very happy with it. I love that it comes with 3 mop heads. The office I bought it for only has vinyl planks installed so it's great for that. I also love the little tool that comes with it. As you can see from the two photos, it does an excellent job of scraping the dirt off the floor. The tool attaches to the pole and when you need to use it, you simply detach it and put it back in when you're done using it. After reading some of the other reviews I made sure to pull the trigger carefully. So I'm hoping this lasts for a while, I'll update if anything goes wrong. I'm also happy with the price. EDIT: The trigger broke at the end. I haven't used it much and was careful with the trigger but it still didn't hold up. Finally threw it away. So it was a disappointment. You need to make the trigger more durable.
