Review on 📡 Enhanced CB Radio Antenna Quick Release Mirror Mount featuring 180° Swivel - Workman QRCS3 by Mark Loebis

QRC3 is an excellent utility mount for portable/packable stands. I can't say for sure, but it looks like it's the same OEM mount that comes with a certain antenna manufacturer's smart product "Jaw Mount" (a company that specializes in making strong, high-quality antennas is known). Either way, the build quality here is excellent. Here are a few reasons why I think this mount is great: - 180º swivel can be adjusted anywhere in the range, allowing attachment to structures with sloping sides - Clamp grips objects from 3" thick to thinner "poles" than the antenna can support - Thoughtful #8 hole placement makes it easy to attach a counterpoise connector - Build quality is significantly better than a typical "CB" product today - The bracket I received doesn't have the poor workmanship /shoddy workmanship mentioned by a previous reviewer - Surprisingly compact: fits nicely in my Super Antenna holdall, along with other extra gear - When you work next to developed land - and often you don't - there's always something to consider as Base can use (convenience is optional) - Metal railings = immediate ground level - Suitable for powering singles wire antennas if they connected to a suitable RF ground - Assemble a dipole adapter with minimal effort: drill part of stud for opposing studs or a stud and hole with 3/8x24 thread. Cons: - Bracket is chrome plated. Honey. I hate chrome. Since my only negative is purely subjective I would say this product is a huge win. I wish I had known about this mount sooner. In my opinion, this is a must-have accessory for anyone involved in wearable surgeries. Chances are I won't be taking a tripod with me to work in the park or at the lake anymore.
