The way that you can categorize what is being added in each list makes it very easy! You are able tto group your clients into different categories which really helps with finding out where they fit best within our organization structure (departmentalized). I wish we could have more customization options like allowing multiple entries per category so sometimes if i try 2-3 times before getting an idea correct my client will still be put under both ideas even though there only supposedt obe one entry at this point!! We would love anything extra but everything else has its place here now :) It's great how many ways u cn find something online nowadays instead having everyone go off site via another browser window/tab etc when searching things through google vs using their own services - especially since those two companies tend not too show up first unless someone searches specifically "list" rather than just generic terms related to.
