I like the concept more than the product itself. BENEFITS: Includes a firefighter, converts into a built in fire station, comes with a mini fire engine and a helicopter. CONS: People don't fit properly in the main vehicle, fire engine, or helicopter. You won't even stand on the main fire escape if it's tilted. They no longer register in the purple conversation thread and you need to re-enable them. When opened, the toy easily loses its balance. Blue doors don't stay open for play. The yellow ladder does not snap sideways as advertised. The worst thing is that without parental help the car will not remain pressed in, because the hatch jams every time, and the platform under it has to be literally bent to close it. This is very frustrating for our baby and reduces interest in the toy. THIS IS DESIGN'S BIGGEST MISTAKE. We have many other VTech toys that we love, but this one has too many flaws. Wouldn't recommend it.
