The best thing about mayday was that they really listened to our requests for help with content management of multiple platforms (website/blog). They were very open minded when it came time implementing new features like live chat or email integration into blog posts which we had requested previously but hadn't been able receive support from my previous provider who didn’t seem interested at all! There wasn;' any pushback towards us as far I can remember - just great service throughout their whole engagement period so no complaints there either :) We used them primarily because one person could manage everything across several different sites without having separate accounts / plugins etc., this made things easier than if each platform required its own account manager where you'd have lots more work involved managing those separately too ;).
