Bolt goes too far denting tailgate. He also pushed the back door so hard to the side that the truck overturned vertically. From the photos in their instructions it appears it wasn't installed by them at all - they show parts in the wrong place etc. For example they show a cable connected to a bolt ABOVE the pneumatic block, not on the same breed. . I can't stress enough that they have never installed either of these on a 2003 Dodge Ram. Replace the factory domed washer behind the plug with a flat one and of course the cable won't rotate properly.
