I was looking for something to paint on my desk. When I opened the box I thought everything was fine. When I opened the easel I thought everything was fine. But I was pleasantly surprised by the free gift inside. . Below that was a large plastic palette for paint. How nice! Then I started using it and storing my supplies in it. Fiction. I have over 50 different brushes, everyone fits. I have over 100 pencils, pens, markers, markers etc. They work too. I have several protractors, compasses and rulers. Those are the ones that fit. I have over 60 tubes of watercolor and gouache. They fit. And I still have an empty slot. The easel is adjustable and is fixed with the wing nuts. It fits very snugly on a 24" x 30" hard drive and snaps securely into place. I have absolutely no complaints. Good product and competitive price!
