I had high hopes for this. It does not fit up to 34 inches in a size 24 as stated in the description. My pitty has a 34 inch chest and he looked like he was wearing spandex leggings. The poor thing looked pathetic. Although the design is cute and the fabric is soft, it's true. But the sizing is misleading. The seller has to check that.
