Update: After about 3 months with the company they finally sent me a replacement. They've been out of stock for a long time, so don't blame them. However, this thing is not durable. This should ONLY be used for car trips and no more. I've been trying to use this as a temporary box when visiting family and such, well my dog literally ripped this thing to pieces. The zippers are of very poor quality. Well, if my GSD/Rotty is a little excited about being inside a crate, it might just be my dog. She feels great in this box and I'm a machine so I highly recommend her. HERE'S THE PAINFUL PART: DON'T, AGAIN, DON'T COMPLETELY DISASSEMBLE THIS THING. I called myself to rid it of my dog smell and damn it, I almost punctured a blood vessel putting this thing together. It's a pain in the A$$! Literally in 20 minutes. Skip the f-bombs and scare your dog and NEVER take everything apart. It's a well-deserved 3 stars. Arrived damaged and the net is slightly tangled. Wrote company, got no reply. The 55-pound German Shepherd sits comfortably in a 36-inch crate. Order at your own risk
