I really hate it when something "breaks" 6 days after the return date. The dog was fine in it for a few days over the holidays but last weekend he wanted out and pulled on the tape holding the zip in place and BOOM - she came out! I am very angry! The strap (for lack of a better word) shouldn't have been in a way that a dog could cling to! I don't have a picture as it's back in the box but if anyone wants to see I can get it.
