Poor connection, good for camera and photo

Reolink cameras are difficult to connect remotely or otherwise for some reason. This camera has a single antenna, so the router's Wi-Fi connection should be better than the Argus 2. But this camera, along with the four Argus 2 cameras I've tried, all have connectivity issues. You have to try and try again and again and eventually it may connect which is very frustrating. It seems that the range is very limited. Tested with Note 8 and Note 9 smartphone.
