Disappointing that it didn't last long. I was new to the DeWalt 20 volt system and bought it to charge my tools. Interestingly, the batteries were so good that I didn't realize this thing wasn't charging them at all until it was too late to return the charger. I bought more and more tools and with them batteries. I didn't pay much attention to them until it was too late. So my conclusion is that the tools and batteries are great and you should throw your heart into this new standard system. But this charger is risky. I see others succeed. If you get this, make sure it works right away before your warranty expires.
