Review on Optimized Single Serve Coffee Maker: Mr. Coffee HotCup, Pod-Free Brew by Roderick Reynolds

We liked this coffee maker for about a week. Easily measure your coffee with the included measuring spoon and cup size scale. After the first week we started having short cups (at only about 4-7 oz on the 8 oz setting). We tried different grinds, pre-ground and wetting filters. We had to reduce the amount of coffee to get the right ounces, but that would be too weak. I brought it up to 8 oz several times, I also got 12 oz out of the car. Overall rather disappointed. Mr. Coffee hasn't answered my letter for over a week.
