I would say they are a bit small. I bought 2 pairs in a size 10 for my 4 year old daughter and they were perfect. I also ordered a size 7 for my 2 year old daughter, this is her normal shoe size now but it was a bit tight so i sent it back and got her a size 8. Lovely little shoes they were the perfect spot for the little dressy shoes mom was looking for with glittery heart detailing that make my girls feel whimsical and princessy.I also like material that wipes clean easily as toddlers tend to get things dirty.As cute in real life as online.Good quality for the price.
