The product worked except for this high pitched noise coming from the controller during use. Returned.Update: The company contacted me and offered to send me a replacement product free of charge. The replacement had no problems with the high pitch. Compression cuffs could be a bit longer for tall people. And the pressure at low settings hardly compares to the pressure at medium settings, which are plentiful. This is a decent product and I appreciate the company trying to get it right. Changed from 1 star to 4.
