I had a full blown food processor for many years, although I rarely used it. The last time I took it off the shelf I found that it no longer worked. As this is a seldom used unit I have decided not to spend money on a replacement. I recently saw Ree Drummond ("Pioneer Woman") use a mini food processor to mix the filling for stuffed eggs. It got me to research the product and I chose this product mainly because of the brand name. Pros: The device is small and compact, and relatively easy to assemble (especially if you skim the instructions!). It's also very easy to clean. Although I had some concerns about the machine "walking" on my countertop during use, it stayed perfectly in place. Cons: The car is VERY LOUD! It comes with two settings - Lo and Hi - and I tried Hi for about 5 seconds and thought I'd go longer with the Lo setting. Lo is also noisy but bearable. The machine only works if one of the settings is pressed manually. In other words, you can't turn it on and exit - you have to hit the settings button to make it work. All in all it meets my needs and for the price I'm happy with it. I would say the worst part is how loud it is.
