Review on 💼 Enhance Collaboration and Productivity with Plantronics (Poly) Blackwire 8225 Premium Wired UC Headset (USB-A) by Jason Tinnen

Had problems with this headset right after opening the box, the indicator light didn't light up to users nearby I'm on the phone, and more importantly, the call control buttons don't work when you press the speaker or microphone mute button on your computer, and once that happens the microphone stops working and people can't hear, when you speak. No matter how many times you plug it back in, the call control buttons on the headset don't work and you have to unplug and plug the USB cable back in to reset it. I returned the item to Revain and bought the exact same model of headset and immediately had the same problems. I've used the Plantronics Hub software to set up the headset and update the firmware, but that doesn't fix the issue either. I even contacted the Poly IT Help Center and they said it must be a firmware issue with their headset and offered to replace it again which is a waste of time to keep doing this.
