Worst headset in the world with too many bugs

Had problems with this headset right after opening the box, the indicator light didn't light up to users nearby I'm on the phone, and more importantly, the call control buttons don't work when you press the speaker or microphone mute button on your computer, and once that happens the microphone stops working and people can't hear, when you speak. No matter how many times you plug it back in, the call control buttons on the headset don't work and you have to unplug and plug the USB cable back in

Go to Professional headset

Very good noise cancellation. Very comfortable to use all day. Professional quality sound. The best headset time! The mute works fast! Love it! worth your money. No problem with Windows 10. (Download Hub Software)

You can hear the wire moving

I bought these to dictate and I found the sound of clothes being moved through my headphones to be an annoying background noise that interrupts my train of thought. Given the cost, this wouldn't be my first choice.

Reliable headset but ANC/Clarity inferior to Plantronics 5220 and older Blackwire 725 with ANC

great headset on its own and I currently have one as well. I consider myself one of those gadget lovers who love to get the latest and greatest stuff, and the pandemic has definitely increased my interest in making my virtual office the best it can be. I watched at least 5 comparison videos between the 8225 and other currently out of stock Poly/Plantronics headsets and another equivalent Jabra set before purchasing. I really had no reason to walk away from the 5220, but thought the extra ANCโ€ฆ
