I personally think it might be the best tea in the world. Growing up near Harrogate, a pot of Yorkshire Gold on a tea tray was part of everyday life. My day still starts with a strong mug of Yorkie Gold (with milk and sugar) and dip in homemade buttered toast. The tastes and smells of Yorkshire home reach Dallas, Texas as I take my first tentative sip of steaming hot tea from a mug. When our pastor or someone else from the church visits me occasionally, I make myself a kettle of loose tea; otherwise when I am alone I take a tea bag and it tastes equally good on both occasions. In our world of confusion and constant change, it's good to know that some things stay the same. I think this delicious tea that tastes like home is one of them.
