Works great and seems to have solved the problem.
Remember to use the clear plastic tubing supplied with the installation to avoid piercing the rubber with the valve stem tips. I have to say that installing valve stem seals on this Toyota engine was an absolute nightmare and I have nothing more to say about Toyota after that. I had to build my own valve spring compressor and keep the cylinders filled with compressed air to avoid removing the entire cylinder head. But Felpro nailed it and I've had no complaints from a customer about oil burning after it was done.
