People who can't get this to work literally haven't taken the time to google how to do it. I didn't really understand what was going on. This didn't work either. Turns out you need to find and use the corrected version of Ford IDs, which is similar to Google's second result. This tool works great for anything you need to diagnose and YES YOU CAN REPROGRAM MODULES with it via dealer software! That works great. Absolutely worth the money. I saved $2600 because the Ford dealer kept telling me they wouldn't sell me the power steering module and that I needed a brand new rack and pinion. I reprogrammed my power steering control module and it fixed my car in no time. 9/10 because the software provided didn't work, but the hardware itself is great.
