The handcuffs arrived in a small velvet bag filled with two plastic bags inside a Manila envelope. Looks VERY cheap. Of course not presentable for a gift in this form. In addition, the quality is not reflected in the price. I've paid less for better cuffs in department stores. The handcuffs arrived a bit tarnished so I had to polish them before giving them away. You can also see the distance between the two pieces that make up the loops (on both cuffs). I would return the handcuffs if today wasn't a special occasion. Buyers beware: the cuffs I received were NOT the same as pictured. The hinges on mine are different, and my knot is a two wire knot, not the four wire knot shown. See attached photos. I would not buy from Bling again.
