Overall this product is very good, especially for the price. The only problem was that Volvo's factory 2-inch hitch didn't allow the bike rack to slide. I had to sand down the metal on all four sides of the bike rack to get it in. pretty tight. Then of course I had to repaint the bare metal. Now I'm quite happy. But if I didn't have access to the tools needed to resize, I would have to return this product. Was Volvo's standard 2" hitch perhaps a little offset or a little small? I do not know. It looked like any other 2 inch hitch I've ever seen. For this price, if you can make affordable mods, this is a very good price.
