Review on Enhanced SmarterFresh Drinking Fountain Attachment for Bathrooms by Doug Layman

I am an elementary school teacher and I bought 5 of these drinking fountain faucets for all the 2nd grade teachers in my school. I was glad that I could give the children the opportunity to drink without leaving the classroom. However when I tried to attach the faucet it was too big for the sink. I tried to find an adapter at a hardware store but couldn't find anything suitable. I thought I would have to send them all back. I decided to email the company as a last resort. I have to say I wasn't expecting much. I was very impressed when I received a reply from SmarterFresh (Andrew) the same day! He offered to send me a set of smaller adapters to try and if one worked he sent me a larger one for the rest of the faucets. The adapters arrived very quickly and I was so thrilled that they fit perfectly. I emailed Andrew and he sent 4 more adapters for other faucets I had purchased. I couldn't believe how quickly my issue was answered and resolved. I can't remember the last time I was so impressed with a company's customer service! 5 stars Andrew at SmarterFresh. Thank you!
