The perfect replacement.

I ordered these as they were a direct replacement for my 15 year old aluminum tool box in the bed of my pickup truck. When the latch was released, the toolbox door rose at a good pace, allowing me quick access to the tools I needed while still keeping the door fully open. Closing the door was easy too! Highly recommended!
