Actually much better than I expected and I didn't think removing the strings would be such a big deal but . They are cool and after a hard summer ride when you are sticky and uncomfortable they make it easy to take these gloves off. I'll update later with photos after a wash or two, but so far so good. I like her. Oh, and it was also a lot of fun figuring out what the marketing department wanted to convey when they created the hanging card they appear on. Apparently they didn't use Google Translate when creating the English version. Still a good, solid pair of cycling gear.
