The support team is always willing/able & quick witted with any questions or queries I have, they are really easy going which makes working together so much better! They also do my invoicing as well (which saves me time).
Their customer service skills need some work but that's probably just personal preference - it could be improved by training more staff in their approach etc however this shouldn't take away from what an excellent job VAs can perform for you if trained properly!! If your looking at hiring virtual assistants then look no further than virtaLENT. You won’t regret using them :) Invoice management has been made easier thanks too these guys- great communication all round between us both plus we get our bills paid quicker via Xero.
