Review on Philips 8X DVD+R DL Spindle, 50 Pack - DR8S8B50F/17 by Roy Boone

Bought for $27 which was only a dollar or two more for a well known brand than my other options. You have nothing special; just a normal spindle of 50 disks. I didn't find a single bad disk in the top 15 or so, although one of my burners failed to close the session, effectively rendering the disk unreadable. I've never had problems reading/writing on single layer discs with this burner, but since I was able to reproduce the problem on another disc with the same data, my non-professional guess would be that it has more to do with what the burner is struggling with the two-layer part of the work. I think it's worth mentioning, but I won't demote him for my distiller. I just changed the wheels and haven't had any problems since.
