I like that we have been able to integrate with our accounting system very easily, which has allowed us great visibility into what is happening in each of those departments from one place - no more phone calls! The reporting could be better for certain areas such as sales or inventory but it's not bad overall either way compared other solutions out there (such as Xero).
We've solved so many issues since switching over by just being super simple now-wherever you are at any given time all your data can quickly come up within an app instead if having several different emails going back forth about who did this task etc.. As mentioned above though their support team really helped me find my answer when something wasn't working right away after implementation too; they took care even beyond making sure everything was set properly before launching live!!
