I think I'm going to like this cookware. I've only used it 3 times and following the instructions, my own recipes, the meat came out perfectly. Vegetables are cooked in a vapor barrier, use caution when cooking with this. The vacuum created prevented me from removing the lid from the 2.3 liter saucepan I was using on my electric range. Reheating to temperature allowed me to easily remove the lid. READING the instructions is a must for this new way of cooking. Clean up was an easy task. I used a bartender friend with a sponge. The 360cookware website also offers recipes and cooking guides. In researching the various kits available I found that they do not come with smaller pots like 1 quart. Pots must be 2/3 full of food for this cookware to function properly. Since I'm only cooking for two at the moment, I usually use smaller pans. I will probably complete this set with small saucepans for frying and frying. This cookware will outlive me, new couples should consider this investment. Also add that this cookware replaces my All-Clad (every piece is warped and doesn't sit flat on the stovetop) and is 360 heavier than fully clad.
