Quality is good but runs small and doesn't stretch.
The quality is good, the fabric is soft but runs small, practically does not stretch. My 7 month old has a head circumference of almost 17 inches and they don't fit. First measure your baby's head or, to be on the safe side, deviate from the measurements given by your pediatrician.
