The quality seems good. I bought the large and they are a bit tight in the front but loose in the waist. Much larger than any of my other large running and gym shorts. The back pocket is tiny. The side pockets are very small. My iPhone doesn't fit in the back and falls out in the side pocket as it hangs halfway down. That alone is a deal breaker for me. The lining is ok, but I would have preferred it to be separate rather than sewn in. The elastic is nice and the length of the shorts is perfect. I had to keep pulling them up. The front was ok. Maybe they just don't fit my specific waist well, but it's annoying enough that I probably won't wear them often. It was uncomfortable to tug on the cord just enough to stop it.
