Guys no matter what anyone knows the idiots are telling you this is 100% helping the 5.7 in the Grand Cherokee breathe a lot better. The OEM system has a 6" x 1" hose that immediately drops down, climbs back through the filter, rotates 90Β° into a sound box, and then hooks another 90Β° onto the TB. I logged data and noticed an immediate increase of 3mpg at 55mph with MDS active. I also see smoother acceleration, better throttle response and some engine noise. This reduced my fuel trim by about 3%, but that's to be expected and doesn't affect engine performance. In short, I am 100% sure of the 17 hp claim. at 4700 rpm they say. Not only that, it will pay for itself over time in fuel savings and a reusable filter. FYI, any of you speaking out are proving your verbal babble with raw data, not repeated crap you've heard somewhere, or opinions.
