Save money! Use freezer paper. I bought this in 2016 to use for quilt templates needed to iron out creases. I was specifically looking for heat resistant products. My travel iron instantly melted this template. I bought 3 sheets and really want my money back but it's been over a year since my purchase so I'm out of luck. When it happened I was away from home on a quilt retreat, I was so disappointed. But someone suggested the freezer paper that was in the closet and it worked great! Use several layers of freezer paper and fold/cut into desired shape. Save your money and don't buy this product if you are looking for a heat resistant product.
