Ordered these as a last try to clean a badly burned expensive stainless steel pan. It took about 10 minutes of hard scrubbing, but it worked and now the pan is sparkling clean again. Once I started I saw that it worked which motivated me to keep cleaning and it paid off. I didn't want to try the Brillo wipes as they contain carbon which will embed itself in the stainless steel and begin to rust. When I realized they were stainless steel scrubbers, I thought it was a match made in heaven, and it was. Note; I only used soap and water. I suspect if I used 50-50 vinegar and water and heated for 10 minutes. then started cleaning, that would work even better. Thanks Scotch-Brite, you saved me a lot of money.
