The only cat collar that stays closed! Over the years I have tried many detachable collars for my cats. Most buckles come loose with a little pressure and won't stay in place. The type I've had the most success with is these $4 stretch collars with the traditional buckle. The cat can run away if it gets caught on a branch, but the collar stays. The problem with the elastic is that it fades quickly and doesn't look good. This RC collar has a strong mesh collar and buckle, strong enough to stop when the cat is cleaning the cat or rubbing the door. But it will fall apart if the cat is attached to something that can cause it to choke. This is my safety collar now.
