Excellent packaging but the drills couldn't handle the red brick. Couldn't drill a single hole. I tried a few different sizes hoping it would eventually get right, and one even broke off in a brick, causing another hole, a trip to the hardware store for Tappers, and a special order for a $15 tube of brick spatula required. Lesson learned. EDIT: After the seller saw my review, the seller immediately apologized via text message for my experience and immediately refunded my money. It was amazing customer service. I own a home improvement business and am used to tools that don't always work as advertised. Especially when the price seems too good to be true. Sometimes it's just not worth giving back, so it was a very pleasant surprise.
