Absolutely hate this collar. In a few months of owning it, I found countless problems with this horrendously cheap and poorly made collar. "Metal" - silvery plastic. Here's a giant red flag and I have German shepherds - cheap plastic is like a piece of string to lock a door. It's outdated - beautiful on the outside, but utterly useless for keeping your pet in check. The skin is twisted and doesn't sit flat, which bothers my OCD to no end. The seams are uneven, and frankly, that's what's most interesting because of the color. The skin is tough and therefore more uncomfortable for the dog. The part that holds the ID tag D-ring came loose after about two months of use and I had to use the tag ring to keep it in place so I could get home to give my pooch one to put on another collar before she lost her tags. If you're buying a rolled leather collar, do yourself and your dog a favor and order from Bond & Co.
