I love this machine. Works great once you figure it out. It's actually very easy once you've done it. I want someone to tell me from the start that the dough should be the consistency of sand, not what you think the dough should be like when making pasta. It took me a while on YouTube to find a video of another brand of machine to figure this out. I used 3 cups of flour, 2 eggs and some water which made 140ml of liquid. I also added about a tablespoon of olive oil and a teaspoon of salt right into the flour. Once I did that I made 3 batches of pasta! lol If you are looking for a cute machine and something easy to make pasta then this is for you. Buy, you will not be disappointed.
