We were able to install this without too much difficulty, the bubbles that have formed on top can be easily removed by gently rubbing the edges with your fingernail pry up and then squeeze the bubbles out. The biggest issue we had was that the phone didn't recognize fingerprints at all. The solution to this was to re-enroll fingerprints, delete the old ones and repeat the whole process of adding new fingers. That was done, we were able to unlock the phone, but we still had some instances where it didn't recognize fingerprints and we had to use a pattern and PIN to unlock it. Touch sensitivity hasn't changed much, it's just so easy to register input.
