Review on 🔪 Versatile 3-Piece Ceramic Knife Set by Shenzhen Knives: Chef's, Slicing, and Paring Knives by Tyra Smith

These knives are impressively sharp and I really like them. I only gave them 4 stars for 2 reasons. #1, the blades are at least 2 inches shorter than my regular steel chef and santuku knives which is disappointing, the paring knife is actually slightly larger. #2, they don't come with protective cases so they can't be stored in a kitchen drawer. And with the selection of ceramic knives, that's amazing. Luckily I had an extra block of wood to store my knives. Otherwise these are very good knives. I love the extended ergonomic handles! Be careful when using them, if you drop one it's over.
