Description of 🔪 Versatile 3-Piece Ceramic Knife Set by Shenzhen Knives: Chef's, Slicing, and Paring Knives

3 PIECE CERAMIC KNIFE SET: includes our 6.5" Chef's Knife, 5" Slicing Knife and 4" Paring Knife. To sharpen and maintain our knives, use our Shenzhen Knives Electric Diamond Wheel Knife Sharpener. WILL NOT RUST: Ceramic is resistant to acids, grime and oils and easy to clean. STAY SHARPER LONGER THAN STEEL KNIVES: Harder than steel and will hold edge longer than a steel blade, so you don't need to sharpen as often. PRECISION SLICING: Our blades are made for precision slicing of soft meats and soft fruits & vegetables. Not for bones, breads, hard surfaces, cheeses and hard/frozen foods. Refrain from carving, striking, and smashing. REINFORCED BLADE AND REDESIGNED HANDLE: Based on user feedback, we reinforced our blade and redesigned the handle to address any blade issues (update: 2015).

Buy them and mow the grass

I became instantly and irrevocably addicted to these knives while slicing up a huge hunk of beef which my husband banged onto a cutting board. I could use it to carve beef all day and often do it for several days when my husband is craving beef jerky. It cuts through meat like a hot knife through butter, making the tedious job of hand-slicing 875 pieces of jerky at once a real pleasure. Also, seeing me attacking beef with these knives scares my husband to cut the grass. So if you want the grass

Nice sharp knife set at a good price.

These knives are impressively sharp and I really like them. I only gave them 4 stars for 2 reasons. #1, the blades are at least 2 inches shorter than my regular steel chef and santuku knives which is disappointing, the paring knife is actually slightly larger. #2, they don't come with protective cases so they can't be stored in a kitchen drawer. And with the selection of ceramic knives, that's amazing. Luckily I had an extra block of wood to store my knives. Otherwise these are very good…

I've cut myself a few times but I still use it.

This knife is very sharp! It cuts beautifully and I enjoy using it. I feel like a professional chef every time I use it. I've used it on veggies, even carrots, meat, potatoes, and it does a great job with everything. I'd love to use it for cleaning supplies too, but even if it works, it makes the mold difficult. Like I said I accidentally cut my finger with this knife several times while rolling dice and when I forgot I left it in the sink to wash and it's buried under water but I love it so…

The great review quickly turned to disappointment

My husband did all the research and made sure we choose knives that have amazing durability, won't break the bank and are effective. We bought them a few months ago and they worked as expected. However, last week I noticed that two of my knives had broken off. 😳 What triggered the question? Did that knife shard end up in our food? How harmful can it be? So I started pulling out the rest of the knives I had filled our knife block with from this company and every one of them but one was chipped.

Not worth the cheap price

I bought this knife set because I wanted to try a cheap ceramic knife. I used to have a Kyocera from Japan. It was very spicy. Compared to Kyocera, the lower qualities of this knife set become clear. 1) He is too fat. I've tried chopped onions. With a Kyocera knife, the blade sinks into the bow with very little force. But I had a Shenzhen knife, I need to hold the onion to cut the vegetables hard. At the same time, I'm a little afraid of cutting my finger if the onion slips off. 2) It's not…

Disappointingly good for kitchen and dining

Disappointing as I bought a virtually identical 6" chef's knife (same company) in this set a year and a half ago and loved it. The first ceramic knife I couldn't believe how sharp it was and loved cutting veggies for salads and stir fries. No brown edges on cut lettuce - a bonus!Lately it seemed like the original knife wasn't that sharp so I thought about getting a diamond knife sharpener up the ante as i have now switched to ceramic knives but decided instead to order this 3 piece set, use my…
