Review on QNAP TS-451D2-4G 4-Bay 4K NAS with Intel Celeron J4025 CPU, Hardware Transcoding, and HDMI Output by Todd Cobb

I bought this product almost a month ago. I still haven't managed to get it to work. I searched their knowledge base and couldn't find anything that could help me. There is no quick start guide or anything I could use to set it up. I contacted support and received instructions for Windows XP. I wrote an answer and am waiting for an update. I work in IT so it's particularly frustrating that the device is so difficult to set up.
