Great collars - no problem if measured correctly.
Both collars came same day. They are as advertised and appear to be of good quality. I ordered XS for my 5 lb Yorkie and S for my 8 lb Yorkie. Measure twice to be sure, but I have found that these are exactly the measurements given in the chart. The collars are gorgeous and the fabrics are as vibrant as on the website.
