Review on KA-BAR Black Fighting Knife - Model 2-1211-6 by Gary Stringfield

This is my first full size KaBar with this design as I already own the short and several other models. This is by far the coolest knife I've ever owned. The knife is perfect. It is perfectly balanced in the middle and the blade and handle are perfectly balanced. The handle is solid and fits comfortably in my XXL hands; The sheath is cool, I prefer leather as I'm a bit dated and prefer a quiet sheath. It smells like natural and new leather, 2 coats of mink fat have softened it a bit. Overall I love this knife, it's my new favorite piece when riding my Harley and it's just long enough to be seen with any jacket so I'm not worried about California cover-up law. 5/5 Would be 10/10 if allowed. Be sure to buy this knife, if in doubt you will not regret it.
