Great bike and my 4 year old son loves it. Unfortunately he hasn't had a chance to ride it yet as we haven't received all the parts to mount the training wheels yet. After running around a bit we finally got to the place, either from the seller or the manufacturer, where they wanted to send the parts to. All we were missing were things like a washer and two clamps. When we received the replacement parts (which in itself was an ordeal for being sent to the wrong address) it was a set of two training wheels, but only one wheel had a full set of parts. We were missing one of the brackets. At that point we would have just gone and picked up the brace ourselves if it wasn't for a unique shape. So we called again, found someone who said they could just send the missing parts (not another set of wheels we don't need). Well we received the missing parts and the bracket that came with it didn't fit our bike. So here we are today, 7 weeks after my child's birthday and he still can't ride his new bike. Without the bracket, the jockey wheel bracket is not strong and the bike will fall off after a few minutes while sitting on it. I would say if you could guarantee that the bike comes with everything you need it's a great buy. But after the third try, counting the first purchase, we still don't have what we need. Very disappointing.
