Review on WildHorn Outfitters Seaview 180° Snorkel by Shane Black

I don't know if it was just my mask or a design flaw, but I wouldn't recommend this mask. It fits well and doesn't let water through. For that I gave her two stars. However, this did not work with the exhalation system. It is designed to close the valves and prevent your exhalation from entering the mask area, instead pushing the CO2 out of the snorkel. However, it didn't close immediately, and most of my exhalation fell into the area of the mask - in fact, I felt a breeze in my eyes. I soon found I was out of breath due to (I think but couldn't verify for sure) CO2 buildup in the mask. I tested it in my pool so I could quickly remove the mask and regain my composure. But if you're in the ocean, I'm not sure that's going to be easy. So if you buy this mask, be sure to test it first. I returned mine.
