Comfort against leakage was the first point for me. Other masks I've used create some pressure points to avoid leaks that end up causing headaches. It has a rubber lining that is very comfortable and does not allow leakage. The next point is that I hate getting salt water in my mouth or a build up of salt water interfering with my breathing and making a gurgling sound. I liked that about his mask. First, it NEVER fogs up. Since the breathing part covers the mouth and nose, the mask never fogs up. Second, you get a huge field of view. I love snorkeling on vacation as I don't have a license (or inclination) to dive, but I usually get headaches after long underwater expeditions because I have an inclination to gripping the mouthpiece too tightly with your teeth. This is the second wild horn mask I've bought. While I loved the first one the design of this one is even better and made diving so much fun!
