Review on Magical 100Ft Fairy Lights: Waterproof Firefly Lights on Copper Wire for Indoor/Outdoor Decoration - UL Adaptor Included, Warm White by Alicia Hintze

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Mine has been on the road for over a year and it still works! Also repair tips.

Used under the eaves to give a nice glow in the garden. Works great on my fence too! Easy to fix if you check YouTube. 3 wire setup from BigCliveDotCom. This is the 12 volt three wire version but he is discussing three different types. It explains how subsection threads work. **UPDATE** I recently purchased the 3rd set and had issues with the lights not working after installation. Each of the 100 foot sections consists of one or more sections with a connection point between them. There are two clear shrink "splices" at the connection point. One connection has one physical wire (two-wire connection) and the other has two physical wires (single-wire connection). The appearance of the two physical wires is incorrect as only one of the wires is connected through and the other is a stub. In my case, the two-wire side (connecting only one wire) didn't work. I removed the transparent heat shrink tubing. Then I checked the two wires inside. Both provide power, but one (A) illuminates the entire chain and (B) does not. I connected (A) to the single wire for the next section and left (B) the stub. I used some solder and added new heat shrink tubing. Check out the schematic above from the video to see why the wiring is weird.
